I love this fish cake shop! Each time I forget to take photos. The edamame bean fishcake was delicious. I don't think they use many chemicals or fillers.

The panroll fishcake has some meat inside and tastes like Horai551 shumai!!!!!!!!!! The similarity is striking. Meat, sweet cooked onion...in fishcake. I highly recommend it!!! It's a nice snack, finger food.

I think they should have more finger food or items for tourists. I requested skewers to each my purchase but was told they didn't have any.

The owner should consider promoting more finger foods, giving out some samples. Asian tourists would go nuts for it. It looks bad but tastes good! The oil seems okay. I'm sensitive to old oil but found it to be fine.

The #1 bestsellers fish patty that looks like a hamburger patty is sweet...more than savory so be careful. You might be surprised.

This is a fish cake factory that I happened to hear about. Unlike the exterior that gives off the feeling of a shopping mall, there is a factory inside. It sounds like a lie, but the factory that makes fish cakes is right behind the counter! I visited on a weekday afternoon, and unlike the quiet streets of Otaru, the inside was bustling with people. I ate the Hiraten and Penroll recommended by the clerk, and it was literally the best fish cake I've ever had in my life. An almost iconic fish cake factory/eatery in Otaru that you should visit. Paid parking is available with traffic wardens directly traffic to enter their carpark. Excellent!
