Lungo Carnival has a couple locations across the Sapporo City, and what makes this location special is that it sits at the 14th floor of the F-14 building, which offers INSANE views that over looks part of the Susukino district. Simple excellence! I You never skip this Izakaya style restaurant in Sapporo. I had raw oysters first and they were very thick and fresh. To drink I had some Japanese sake matching with seafoods. Would definitely recommend it!...
