The staff was polite. Upon entering, I asked if I could pay by credit card and she replied in the affirmative.

The cats inside were healthy and well taken care of. I especially like Lily because of her unique blue eyes. Apparently, that's what a lot of customers think so too because her key chain was sold out.

I was disappointed with the meagre amount of cat snacks that I paid for. The gari gari were literally only a teeny weeny teaspoon amount and the chu-ru (wet food) was only 1/3 or 1/2 a pack.

When it was time up, I wanted to pay by credit card but they told me they don't accept cc. I was surprised and I told her that was not what she told me earlier. I suspect it was because I had a face mask put on and there was a plastic sheet between us, so these 2 factors may have prevented her from listening to...

This cafe has a lot of sickly looking cats. Some of them look really thin and others have injuries and had to wear cones. It really gives a bad image and honestly those cats should be kept away from other cats as well as people so they can either recover from injuries or just no longer be part of the cat list. One of the oldest cats, who was 11, had a lot of fur gone, and had to wear a little dress to cover it all up. She had bandages all over her legs, it was very sad to see. Another kitty who was very sweet had an injured paw and had to wear a cone to not touch it either. A lot of the non sickly cats were also very unfriendly and wary of all the other visitors including myself. Not sure how they treat their cats here, but having gone to a different cat cafe before I can definitely say...

The drink bar is a joke, don’t bother, you have to special request hot coffee and you have to remain in the little room to drink. I understand animals are unpredictable and cats are notoriously moody creatures, but when I tell you not one cat was the least bit interested in interacting with us …I’m not exaggerating. The staff is constantly in there watching you and concerning herself with the cats, overly so imo. I felt like I was invited to a cat lady’s house and felt an imposition upon her the whole time. My son seemed to enjoy himself despite all that. But the topper was cash only… sorry, pass on...
