This is my 2nd time visited the restaurant. Apparently, I had a good experience previously so I decided to bring my whole family to try out this place again. I must say the price is really reasonable and the food was fresh. Unfortunately, this time round I didn’t had a pleasant experience. We had a big group of 16 pax and I do understand that there is a different pricing for the option of pork and beef. Plus due to religion issue some of us does not take beef so we have break in to small group of 6 pax, 5 pax & 5pax base on the same dietary requirements will be seated together on the same table. Then we are all guided by the staff to be seated in the same room but on separate table and we proceed to order the choice of meat accordingly to our dietary requirement by each table meaning there is only one table that takes beef and seated on the same table. However, we were surprise we are not allow to do that. From my understanding the rule from this restaurant is that the whole group of 16pax has to order the same type of food. I do respect the house rule of the restaurant but I find it ridiculous cause they insisted that all of us has to order the beef+pork set when we told them some of them cannot take beef. Lucky we got some help from a diner which helps us to translate and help us to explain to the staff. Since it’s their restaurant rule we respect the country and choose pork options for all our tables to save everyone’s trouble. I didn’t enjoy my lunch at all after this saga. I felt discriminated and not welcome. Isn’t it a basic rule for a restaurants is to ask about diners dietary option first, especially if you have a house rule for the restaurant. I will definitely not go...

Make sure to put your name and number of people in your group on the reservation paper on the stand in front of restaurant. We realized this practice a bit late and were put on a later queue. Eating time is limited to 80 minutes and that is more than enough to get full. The restaurant is on the 5th floor of Arche building on the busy Tanukikoji pedestrian...
