Tucked away into the recesses of a long corridor, this recently opened ramen place opens late till 2am. Spacious and impeccably clean, it is run by an energetic young man, a “one-man operation” he said. We ordered two bowls of chicken ramen with medium and light broth, and chicken skin skewers (torikawaskushi 😉）The thin ramen were chewy and springy, the chicken slices tender, the soup flavourful and fragrant, it was a hearty and satisfying meal. We really enjoyed chatting with the friendly owner in a mix of our lousy Japanese and his above-average English, he even treated us to a scoop of ice-cream as dessert, thank you. Do drop by for a great bowl of ramen and cheerful service!

Is my first time travelling to Takamatsu and been searching to eat near hotel and came across this new open restaurant with high reviews If you want to taste a bit of everything , you are highly recommended to try the ramen set . Everything was up to the point with well seasoning . You could have it all in one with appetisers, mains and even desserts😋 You don’t have to worry that you can’t speak Japanese because the owner can communicate in English

In those chilly nights being a hug in a hot&rich bowl of ramen and supreme rich chicken soup. 鶏軟骨の唐揚げ sold out always,It‘s special SakuSaku crispy texture.Nice to have it with 酒/beer/whiskey Sour/焼酎,yes,it‘s remarkable that Not only 生ビール is good but also it provides various of highball and whiskey sour and 焼酎and 芋which is a pity that i haven‘t taste them all.I think owner should be a fan of alcohol.It‘s also offers non- alcohol(Asahi) and tea. It’s located in a busy Shoutenkai,guests arounding table are relaxing and talking in a good vibe. I love sitting at counter,So I can watching guests have a conversation with the chef.The young chef is chatty polite and 元気. Japanese style table and chair make warming and cozy feeling,makes me wanna stay a little longer.
