Darts&Bar BURST バースト — Restaurant in Takamatsu

Living in Takamatsu now, a friend and I decided that we would check out a different bar to the one we usually went to. So we came to this bar as it looked like a pretty cool place having looked at the photos online and read the reviews.

Granted we went on a Sunday, but the bar was completely empty, and though we were a bit unsure whether to stay of not, we decided to just have a drink and see if it picked up. It did not. Now that's not really my issue. My issue is that we had ordered only drink and when the bill came, it was a lot more than what we had calculated. When asked why we were told there was an 800 yen seating charge. So for 2 coke highballs, we paid 1700 yen each which is extortionate. The menu was only in Japanese, which is fine but you'd think that realising you had 2 non Japanese enter your bar and you not having much work to do, you might take a second to point it out before they ordered a drink. I understand a seating charge if the place is busy, but it was not. Not only that, but there was a foul smell in the whole place much like very stale beer that hadn't been cleaned properly. Service didn't come with a smile, but rather a very bored looking face.

A shame really, because I think on a different night it could be fun. But, not having even just pointed to the part of the menu where the charge is noted, the lack of atmosphere, and worse the smell...to be charged a seating fee for this...was...

観光で訪れた際に気になり訪問しました。お店の中は広くて、ライブが２台・フェニックスが１台ありました💡お客さん参加型の、大会等も開催されてるようです。

ハウスダーツ(レンタルのダーツ)は、簡易の物だけというお店がほとんどだと思いますが、このお店は複数種類のバレルを付けた物があり、種類の豊富さに驚きました。(マイダーツを忘れて来た為お借りしました・・・)
