Some of the best sashimi I have had, ever - top quality ingredients served with a flair that went beyond the usual "very well sliced fish" stuff. Oyster and taro fritters (staff suggestion), dried grilled firefly squid, yam and spicy roe croquettes, grilled mackerel and the potato salad were all great too, all subtly original but still expertly cooked.
