Absolute no.1 bar in Takamatsu. A must-visit in you itinerary❤️😎 I wanted to visit here on the first night of my trip. But I failed to do so because it was soooo hidden in the middle of the street. Finally I got to visit here on the last night before I fly back to China. The staffs are as high quality as the drinks served here. From the classics to the originals they will bring you everything. Very pleasant talking to the staff. It almost felt like home that it made me not want to leave..I ended up order and order like crazy lol. Special thanks to the girl who is from Kanazawa. You are such a sweet heart. Thank you❤️🫰🏾 If I visit takamatsu in the future, I will definetely visit here...

高松『Barタビ式』。

昨年夏から断酒を掲げているが、この夏の異常な暑さがいけない。 遠い熱中症の記憶も微かによぎるので、我が身を守る為、高さ6m程もあると言うこのバーの扉を躊躇なく開け階段を駆け上がった(たまたま僕の後ろを歩いていたカップルがあまりの扉の大きさに歓声をあげてた)。

こんな時はモヒート。 ちょっとお願いして仕上げにペルノを振りかけて貰いゴクリとやると、あら不思議、沁みる沁みる、一瞬で体の各機能が音を立てて再スタートするかの様に生き返る。 さすがハバナ生まれのカクテル、というか、これはもう特効薬だ。 ミントの芳香が熱を冷まし、フレッシュライムのジュースが内臓を叩き起こす。そしてラムの癖のないアルコールがこれらの効果を余す事なく体に巡らせ、シュガーの甘味が脳を覚ます。 いや、ようできてる。

クールダウンの後、他にも色々頂いたが『Barタビ式』のカクテルはセオリーを踏襲しながら一捻りがあってどれもこれも美味しい。それにフードもたいそう魅力的。 相当いかしたムードあるバーなので、ちょっとカッコつけたい彼が彼女をエスコートするのに最適かもしれないが、いやいやどうして、オジさん・オバさんも存分に楽しめ、大切にしてくれるお店です。 高松行く機会があれば是非お立ち寄りを。
