PIZZERIA 18 — Restaurant in Takamatsu

Super very good pizza. I wish it was a little bit crispier but I should have ordered it that way; I always forget to do so. The owner seems like a great guy. He's got this soccer - Italy - manga decoration theme thing going on so I guess he likes all that. I think he knows what he's doing quite well. His menu looks quite extensive with a seemingly endless variety of choices. It would take me a month to read his menu as slow as I read Japanese. I thought the small salad was a good size but I scarfed it all down. What else? The waitress with the rainbow hair didn't say anything to me. The other waitress was friendly and smiled. I guess I was lucky to get in. I saw him turn away a couple that looked like they were from somewhere else. He did have reservation signs on some of the tables and the place was filling up. First time I came here it was too busy and was asked to come by the next day, which I did and I was not disappointed.

Staff, amazing. Well spoken, well mannered, considerate and kind.

The pizza was very good, smelled and tasted great. Spread or quantity of some toppings could be a bit better/more but maybe that's just what I'm used to.

Plenty of options on the menu and drinks, some Italian beers included.

The place itself has plenty tables which can be put next to eachother allowing for bigger groups. The place is nicely decorated with all kinds of stuff.

Overall a cozy and nice experience, if I'm ever back around will...

We visited this little gem per chance, because we were looking for something different on our trip in Japan and since my husband and me both are great lovers of the neapolitan style pizza,we decided to give it a try. Totally worth it, great place for a light and really tasty pizza with fresh ingredients and a great tasting dough.
