If you’re not privy to Japanese, order an iced coffee. It comes with slightly sweetened cream on top so no asking for sugar but you won’t need it!!! It is such a beautiful and complex flavour it’s truly amazing.

아늑한 분위기의 가게와 친절한 마스터, 깊고 깔끔한 맛의 커피까지 좋은 경험을 할 수 있는 카페입니다. 외관은 조금 정감가는 낡은 느낌인데 문 열고 들어가면 다른 공간에 들어온 것 같아요. 커피를 내려주시는 마스터를 볼 수 있는 5~6개의 카운터석만 있어 1,2인 정도에게 추천합니다.

다른 메뉴도 있는 것 같았는데 핫과 아이스를 물어보셔서 호또 2잔으로 시켰어요. 보는 앞에서 바로 사이폰으로 내려주십니다. (1잔에 550엔으로 기억) 숙련된 깔끔한 손길로 커피를 내려주시고 손때가 묻어있는 커피잔에 넉넉하게 따라주셨어요. 동물의 숲 게임에 나오는 비둘기 카페 바리스타 느낌의 상냥함이 있었습니당ㅎㅎ

설탕과 우유를 같이 내어주셔서 반 정도는 그냥 마시고 나머지 반에 우유를 섞어 부드럽게 마셨어요. 마스터가 산미가 강한 커피를 그닥 선호하지 않아서 커피는 아주 고소하고 깔끔합니다. 아메리카노에서 나는 탄맛은 전혀 없고 드립 커피보다는 좀 더 진한? 맛이 납니다.

멋진 헤어스타일의 지긋한 여자 사장님이 이런 저런 이야기도 해주셔서 좋았어요. 일본어를 잘 못하는데 쉬운 일본어로 어떻게든 설명을 해주신 점도...
