Ever since trying this place back in 2015, I am reminded about the tenderness, the full flavours of hida beef. On my recent trip in 2023, I was able to relive the flavours that I remembered from my first trip. Hida beef is one of the prized beef in Japan and there is a reason to it. The fatty marbling of the beef means the beef is juicy and tender. The warm sushi rice compliments nicely with the beef as the beef melts in your mouth. The sauces adds flavour but doesn't overpower the uniqueness of the hida beef. The last part of the surprise is the edible plate which is a rice cracker, which the sushi are served on. Putting nothing to waste. The street is wide enough for you to find a place to start savouring the sushi. For those with more patience, there is a dine in area next to the shop with chairs and tables. There's also a bar to order drinks from. Definitely worth a visit, or two or three. We tried a few other hida sushi’s but this was next level good. It tastes just as good as it looks! Went back a few times in the few days we were in town!
