Great bakery in Takayama for mainly Japanese breads and some European pastries (apple pie, blueberry galette etc).

You’ll get your usuals like bacon cheese baguette, sweet potato buns, sandos, cream buns. They do a decently good apple pie as well, there were other pastries available too.

If you want to get an idea on their full offering, it might be best to go after 930am. Went once at 815am and only some options were available, the other time at 930am and there were more options on display!
