和食居酒屋 藤喜丸 新川店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Worst customer service ever. I have never been to any place as poor service as this izakaya. Takes million of years to bring beverages. They ask you what you want to order next while they haven’t even brought the first beverages. They come again to ask you if beverages arrived. (You need to explain again to them what you have ordered million years ago) They charge all of you for super small food ¥1000 (お通し) just because a friend joined later. It takes million years to bring beverages and food, but they quickly come to clean things. (Sometimes you need to ask them to leave your chopsticks)

In conclusion, I was more than shocked for their poor service. Never go back, never recommend...
