這是間Tabelog高分燒肉,除了有3.67分之外,這也是很難得找到的以雞肉為主題的燒肉店。是大阪米其林名店主廚來東京創辦的餐廳,看評論滿多人是為此而來!😽
店內空間非常舒適,需要脫鞋且是下沈式座位,雖然是燒肉店但有非常淡的木頭香味🤗,而且服務非常好!我們定位的時候就先預訂了九宮格雞肉,總共有七種部位的肉品加上蔬菜。另外還加點了雞肉蕎麥麵(我覺得這個必點!有點像麻醬涼麵無敵好吃!!🤤)、雞肉餛飩、跟一堆肉😆(我們加點的有點失控,其實原本的套餐加上餛飩跟麵已經很足夠了)。
其中最愛夾著紫蘇及梅子醬的雞胸肉片,沒想到這組合可以那麼好入口!害我都想去買梅子醬回家醃肉了🤗。
整體屬於清淡爽口沒有過多調味負擔的那種,🙌🏻有時候覺得肉品不需要過多的調味,原汁原味沾一點點醬料提味就是好吃又健康的一餐了😽,推薦給大家!!

Sharing a highly rated BBQ spot from Tabelog with a score of 3.67! This rare chicken BBQ place in Tokyo is founded by a Michelin-starred chef from Osaka, attracting many fans!
The cozy space has sunken seating, and you need to remove your shoes. Despite being a BBQ place, it has a subtle wooden aroma and excellent service! We pre-ordered the nine-section chicken platter with seven different parts and some veggies. We also added chicken soba (a must-try, like sesame noodles and insanely delicious!), chicken wontons, and lots of extra meat (we went a bit overboard, but the original set with wontons and noodles is more than enough).
My favorite was the chicken breast with shiso and plum sauce—such a delightful combination! I’m tempted to buy plum sauce to marinate meat at home.
Overall, the dishes were light and refreshing, with minimal seasoning. Sometimes, a little sauce is all you need for a tasty and healthy meal....

We ate the baked goods in the box and they were delicious. The wine was very good, too. I had several.
