We had a very disappointing experience at this branch. Unfortunately, we left our luggage behind and returned shortly after to ask the staff for help. We first approached a female staff member, who said she wasnโt aware of any luggage. We then politely asked a male staff memberโbut to our surprise, he abruptly dismissed us, saying, โDo not talk to me. I am doing something.โ
Oddly enough, moments later, he was just standing around doing nothing. We remained outside the store, worried and unsure of what to do. Around 10 minutes laterโjust as we were about to leaveโhe casually told a colleague to return our luggage to us. A simple โYes, we have itโ earlier on would have spared us the stress. He speaks fluent English, so communication should not have been an issue.
We recognized him as the same person who had been rude to us on a previous visit. At that time, he seemed visibly annoyed that we only ordered one drink (even though I was planning to leave soon after). When I asked him about the ingredients of a certain coffee, he condescendingly pointed to the other menu as if he was trying to tell us that we were not reading. The atmosphere is super chill and it's in such a great area in Roppongi. To add to that, the staff were all super friendly (and also super fluent in English) which was so very much appreciated, to say the least! And of course, the coffee is amazing! My go to drink is a single origin oat milk latte๐โ๐ I definitely look forward to my next visit!
Keep up the great work and here is wishing you all a wonderfully equanimous day filled with peace, love, health, happiness, and truly so very much more ๐๐๐ผ

ย ย ย Read moreAs an individual who appreciate his daily cup of coffee, this place is a must to go! Interior layout is minimalist, and easy on the eye. I like the open coffee bar where you can sit inside and watch the barista prepare your coffee. Such an experience! I had an egg salad sandwich which tasted great too. It's my first time here so I would agree with others that it is a bit hard to find this place. Pro tip: once you see Starbucks on the other side (opposite along the main Street), follow maps and walk through the alley. Its about less than 2 min walk till you see this place with a little stairs...
