2 gennaio 2024 I chose this restaurant for a quick lunch alone but I think it is also perfect for a dinner with friends. With an elegant location, you will find a complete menu, with meat, fish, salads, sandwiches and desserts. The service is fast, perhaps a little absent in the room. The prices of the dishes are not very high, I think they are correct with the quality of the food you will have. I took a salmon salad, a raw chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a coca-cola, in total I paid 2860 yen. It was a good lunch, I will definitely return.

10 febbraio 2024 I returned for another lunch about a month later from the first part of the review. Nothing to say about the food, very good. The service however this time was terrible. The whole time I had the eyes of both the dining room staff and the kitchen staff on me, as they said a few sentences to each other after looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and not at all relaxed. At the end of the meal I went to the bathroom and when I returned my bill receipt had been replaced. After a quick look I went to pay. Only after leaving the restaurant did I notice that they increased the price of my dessert by about 500 yen more, without any logical sense. Errors can obviously happen but it is still an error and a less than perfect service. If you don't want foreigners in your restaurant just say so straight away. Or do you think that a foreigner doesn't know how to read receipts? I could have gone back but I didn't want to make a fuss over 500 yen more. Surely next time I will check the receipt better or have you check it since you didn't take your eyes off me even for a second. Came on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. We ordered the paella course for four. Food was tasty but average. We were made to wait an hour between appetiser and main course. Other tables that came after us and also ordered paella received their paellas before we did. We asked staff about our order twice but they were not very helpful, only saying "It's coming soon" both times, not offering any explanation. Lucky it was a nice day out and we were not in a hurry to get somewhere else, but if it normally takes that long to make paella (doubt it), feel they should have told us when we ordered. If they had forgotten or lost our order (which was probably more likely the case), then they should have explained and apologised.

Dessert came quickly after mains, and the waiter said he would bring the cutlery immediately. However, he went on to do other things and seemed to forget about us. After a few minutes we had to ask another waitress for the cutlery. The waiter came again to deliver our coffee, but sighed heavily as he put down one of the cups.

The place has nice terrace seating, and the food is okay, so it is a shame that service was very slow and lacking. Will not come back, as there are plenty of other great...

We were seated at terrace with no shade, but were refused by their staffs in bad manners and attitude, to change seats to under shade after we requested to do so.

We won’t blame the sun but our experience would’ve been better if we were treated with respect.

We asked three times. The first time they said no because we have already ordered. (Just 10 seconds after we ordered)

The second time they said no because other customers are waiting to change seat before us.

When I saw no one coming I asked again, the third time they said it’s their policy not permitting seat change.

Why lied in the beginning?

So we decided to tilt our chair to be partly under shade. The male manager came and pat at our chairs and told us in a criticizing tone in japanese that he can’t walk through (ここ座ると誰も通れないんで)
