Posting for the second time (deleted the first review) and overall I enjoyed the meal this time as well but I was a bit disappointed with the service they've provided which was not as good as the previous time when the General Manager served the order and greeted and treated us quite well. The waiter (maybe a part-timer?) was a bit distracted with other guest (perhaps a VIP?) and less attentive to us and was not as kind nor efficient as the previous time. Moreover, I was also disappointed to discover a very simple typo (misspelling) in their official website where "reservation" is typed "reservasion" and "dining" is misspelled as "dinning". (It's a bit embarrassing for an American well-renowned steakhouse to have such a spelling mistake...Wonder if an English native reviewed the website) I thought it was a truly first-class steakhouse but I can't help but notice these errors which cause doubts to their authentic professionalism. However, as I've indicated above, the food they serve is without doubt one of the best American-style steaks available in Tokyo. Just hope the quality of their services would exceed...

We visited for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Of note, these are American-sized portions. We are so used to Japanese sized portions we wound up ordering more than the two of us could eat! We main entrees we had were delicious. My husband had one of the mixed grills with filet, shrimp, and bacon wrapped scallops. I had the salmon, which was super juicy! We also had the truffle fries and maitake. The maitake mushrooms were a bit dry and under seasoned for our taste. Other than that, everything was delicious. We also had the cheesecake (they were sadly out of carrot cake which we were so sad about), which was delicious and served with whipped cream and mixed berries. Finally, we had two cocktails: blood and sand and a Manhattan. Both were good, and the Manhattan was served with a piece of steak. This is a great location to celebrate a...

Had a nice lunch with a friend.

Service was excellent, drink selection was excellent, menu has a good balance of different choices, portion size is reasonable (as American size in Tokyo), had a table by the window so the view was great.

Outdoor seating on the balcony is also available and looked very nice - like to try when the weather is more comfortable.

Naturally this is a pricey place, but well worth it for the service, atmosphere, and the dining experience. Wish my friend didn't have to go back to work..!

Overall an excellent dining experience. The place was a bit quiet when I visited perhaps due to the price range. Would definitely like to...
