Upon walking up to the entrance, you need to grab a number. There's a machine at the entrance that let's you do this. Food was ordered using a tablet. The menu selection is good. It has something for everyone. The price is very fair and affordable. Like most japanese restaurants, there's a beverage station that is self service. 丸の内新東京ビルの地下1階にある大戸屋です。このビル内は勿論のこと、周辺にも多数の飲食店があるのですが、他のレストランよりも比較的気軽に利用できることから、平日休日問わず混雑しています。各テーブルに注文用のタッチパネル式デバイスが設置されているものの、あまり効率化に寄与されておらず、スタッフは常にてんてこ舞いの状態で、接客対応は勿論、料理の盛り付けの質もややぞんざいなところが見られます。 平日の昼食時間帯～夕食時間帯の合間は比較的空いているため、気持ちよく利用するのであればこの時間帯の方がいいでしょう。
