I can totally see why this place is highly rated, especially for those who really appreciate authentic Japanese cuisine. The service was excellent, and everything was super fresh and carefully prepared.
That said, as Europeans (we’re from Austria), some of the flavors were a bit strong or unfamiliar for us. Out of the 9-course menu, we really enjoyed the wagyu beef, tuna sashimi, rice with salmon and the strawberry ice cream — those were delicious!
