We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation made two months in advance. When we got there, they wanted to seat us at the bar. After insisting, they gave us a very poorly located table in a separate, hot room. We looked at the menu and then checked the Google reviews, and found out they charge 1,000 yen per person just to sit down. We asked to confirm, and they said yes — but if we hadn't asked, no one would have informed us, and we would have had an unpleasant surprise when the bill came. It was clear the owner was there — a gentleman in a white shirt who the waitresses (who, by the way, didn't speak any English) kept asking where to seat us. He didn't care at all that we were customers with a reservation made months in advance and didn’t receive good service or a proper experience. I don't recommend this place. It looks nice, but they didn’t even have air conditioning — and if they did, it wasn’t working, because it felt like an oven inside.

はっきり言って今まで行ったレストランの中で過去一最悪でした！初めてこんな低評価で投稿します ・まず店員の態度が無愛想すぎる ・注文したメニューが一気にでてきてテーブルがごちゃごちゃしてた ・スープを席から1番離れた端っこに置かれる 暖かいスープは先に食べるに決まってるんだから手前に置くのが普通だと思います。 ・食べ終わったメニューをいちいち呼ばないとさげない ・メニュー表が2つあるのですが大きい方のメニュー表は無いメニューもあるから見ないでくださいと言われた なら説明しろ！ ・本日の𓏸𓏸系のメニューがたしか3品くらいあったのですが店員さんが把握しておらず厨房まで聞きに行っていた...
