I was appalled by the poor system and the low level of service.

I had booked a table only from 18:00 to 20:00, but since my plans finished earlier, I went to the restaurant around 17:15. They said it was fine to come in, so we went in. However, after sitting down, we were informed that we would be charged a double table fee: one for 17:15–18:00 and another for 18:00–20:00, 770 yen (385 yen × 2) per person. This was despite the fact that we stayed at the same table the whole time.

The food and drinks themselves were fine, but then came another unbelievable incident at the end during payment.

One friend went to the restroom and, on the way, paid the bill by card. However, because a signature was required, the staff brought the bill not to him but to our table where the rest of us were sitting. They even said, “Since he seems to be in the restroom...” and handed it to me! Can you imagine? My friend had gone out of his way to discreetly settle the payment, yet the staff completely disregarded that. In the end, the my friend looked embarrassed, and I felt terrible for having booked such a restaurant.
