The dinner experience at Sarabeth’s located on the 4th floor of Shinagawa Station annex was disappointing. The serving of a glass of wine is overpriced for the small amount served. The kitchen could not provide two items on its dinner menu, so ordering dinner felt like playing the lottery. Entree items are pricey as well. The environment was quiet until a group of 6 drunk co-workers came in only for evening coffee and their raucous laughter echoed throughout the restaurant. Service was mediocre but staff did complain to the group in response to our request. The menu’s QR code had to be downloaded on the cellphone to place an order. Perhaps best just to go for breakfast (open from 9:30 am) or coffee/ dessert during the day for a better experience.
