The hotel is huge. it's an 8 minute uphill walk from Shinagawa station, so it's very central from both airports as well as most Shinkanzen trains. Rooms are big and have good amenities. There is a super convenient 7-Eleven in the B1 floor. Breakfast is nice and complete, with both japanese and Western options. Beds are comfortable, and robes are fluffy.
