Bill's place is a wonderful restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience. Although the prices can be a little bit high, the food is definitely worth it. I recently visited Bill's place and had a great time sitting outside in their rooftop garden. The atmosphere was lovely and the view was breathtaking.

The food was simply amazing. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were well balanced and delicious. The menu was varied and there was something for everyone. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight.

The only downside to Bill's place is the price. It can be a little bit expensive, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. The service was also excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

I’ve been coming to Bills Futakotamagawa regularly for brunch and have always loved the food and atmosphere, it’s been one of my favorite spots. But I’m honestly disappointed enough with the service today to finally leave a review, and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one. I always make a reservation at least a day in advance. Today, on a weekday at 11am—well before the lunch rush, I arrived with my family and noticed several large tables available. Despite having a reservation, the hostess flat-out refused to seat us at any of them. She claimed they were for guests with reservations, which made no sense because I had a reservation too. When I asked again, she snapped back with a dismissive attitude, rolled her eyes, and said something about the tables being “pre-planned” for other guests. She then told us that if we didn’t want the small tables, we’d have to wait for something to open up, even though at least 6 tables sat empty. We agreed to wait and were left sitting for 20 minutes. Not a single new customer showed up for any of those “reserved” tables during that time. When we were finally called in, they first tried to seat us at the table right next to the toilets, even though there were still nicer tables available. Only after we refused were we finally given one of the empty tables that had been vacant the whole time. It’s frustrating to be treated like an afterthought, especially at a place I’ve supported so often. The best pancake I’ve had in my entire life. The chicken burger was also good. It was crispy and the salad had a lot of herbs In it. It reminds me of Thai fried chicken. The wagyu burger was also good, though I’ve had better wagyu burgers from black cows. Their burgers were a bit over-priced considering the serving was too small. The grilled cheese from their kids plate was really good. Their bread was soft and tasty. Even the dessert from their kids plate was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed everything we ordered.
