Café_MUJI二子玉川 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Relaxing atmosphere overlooking Takashimaya in Futakotamagawa. 🥰

I was looking for a cafe/restaurant to take my online meeting and I passed by Muji. It's my first time to see a Muji shop with cafe - I was surprised.

I ordered main deli set with 3 items. The portion is just right for me but if you are starving and wants huge portions this might not be the cafe for you. The taste is delicious but average in Japan. I particularly like the carrots and codroe salad. I also ordered dessert set of cheese cake and cafe au lait as I feel I still have room in my stomach. Like the meal set, dessert is OK but average.

先日、初めてこちらの二子玉川店に行ってみました。 カフェは好きで、あちこち寄らせていただいて、勿論Cafe MUJIも他店舗を利用させていただきましたが、ちょっとこちらはあり得ないような接客で驚きました。

「季節野菜のクリームスープセット」をオーダし、席に着いて暫くしてから、店員が「すみません……売り切れでした」と言いに来ました。 ならば通常、他のものにするかどうするかを聞くところですが、それも聞かずぼんやりしていましたので、コーヒーの他は「コーヒーゼリーパフェ」だけをオーダしました。

コーヒーを出されても、ミルクやシュガーが要るかとか、それらが何処に置いてあるかも何も言いません。実際、それらが置かれている場所も見当たらないため、こちらから「ミルクとシュガーは何処ですか？」と訊ねると、困ったような顔をしてバックヤードに行ってゴソゴソ……手渡しで一つずつ持ってきました。 失礼ですが、これでは注文時に必要かどうか訊ねるマクドナルドの方がずっと気分が良いです。 慣れていないのかもしれませんが、ここマロニエコートは一応玉川高島屋SCの施設の一つですから、それなりの対応を期待してしまいます。
