Bonobo — Restaurant in Tokyo

Walked in for ¥2500 and it was so crowded me and friends couldn’t breathe. It’s two small floors with a lack of ventilation. We got a ticket for a free drink and didn’t use it, we walked out about five minutes later because my friend has asthma and couldn’t be in the building and they refused to refund us even though we had just walked in and didn’t use our drinks. One of the best Nightclubs I have been to. Has the amazing charm of a home converted into this intimate club giving it the coziness of a home and the varied levels give the place the interesting and various culmination points required for the events in a club... a place to grind and go crazy, a place to sit down and have amazing conversations with complete strangers, and a place to smoke without disturbing ppl who dont like it. Review from a couple from the UK. The music was great and other customers were friendly. Our issue was one man who stared at us on the dance floor and made us uncomfortable. We are white and initially wondered if this was why he was making us uncomfortable, but we also saw him staring at a Japanese girl pretending to fight with her and laughing (she was trying to ignore him).
