Seating inside on the first floor, which would be perfect for solo diners, is horrible. The seats are extremely too low to comfortably eat anything. Also, their recommended sandwich is difficult to eat without having everything slip out of the slice, not to mention if left on the plate too long, the bottom side becomes soggy. The reviewer recommended matcha latte was not good either, Starbucks quality (too sweet, very western style). Ordered hand brew single origin coffee. Guy behind the counter wasn't friendly when I asked about the beans, and he probably didn't know. Also ordered avocado toast with a poached egg.
Toast was cold, poached egg was cold, hard boiled and had massive amounts of water in it. Salad was okay, but too salty. Food was a massive letdown.

I drink my iced coffee black, so there isn’t much to say but it still tasted good. The Katsu sandwich was very good. It had a lot of flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. A drizzle of the included sauce makes the sandwich taste even better, but it’s not necessary if you prefer without.
There was also a small pumpkin soup that came with the meal, which was also delicious and went perfectly with the rest of the meal.
