Their menu states that the default size for a woman is a S unless specified otherwise. We specified that we wanted a L. The server had to go and call out the chef from the kitchen. After they questioned us, we reiterated that we wanted the L. The chef said that it was too much food for a woman. 1. I don’t believe in public shaming (and this culture is supposed to frown upon public shaming). 2. If I’m clearly a foreigner, why assume that I would adhere to a Small portion size cultural norm? 3. Came for lunch and our group of three was seated immediately with no wait. We ordered the baked keema curry, the avocado keema curry, and the standard cheese keema curry.

Super delicious, piping hot keema curry. You can tell that they put great effort into customizing their spice aromatics. The curry on its own was salty but was completely perfect when paired with the rice. Curry was spicy by Japanese standards but very very mild by international standards.

Friendly staff, clean restroom, menu was Japanese language only (but easy to figure out what's what.) 2025 update: English menu now available!

Would definitely return (and try out their...

Came for keema curry (dry curry) - we got the cheese keema curry & avo cheese keema curry. They were both pretty good!

Except we had to order drinks (minimum 520¥+) for dinner. Didn’t know this, so it bummed us out. The meal price went from affordable to expensive real fast. Make sure you go for lunch since they also do set menus for lunch times.

If you can’t eat spicy like me, it might be a bit of a challenge for you. The spice level couldn’t be changed so I just scooped out some of the curry part since it was too hot for me.

It’s still a super cute and small restaurant, I would recommend only...
