The store management is so bad… it’s beyond describable. First of all there’s a huge line to enter the store and that’s not the issue, the issue is that there is no staff guiding the line and the line was just a mess. Up till when u r about to get into the store, there was so many customers leaving trash outside the store on the floor by the door area, and the staffs were not doing anything about it even though there is a staff at the door. Do you not care about the image of the store as a staff? Also the staffs were under trained. It felt like they just hire whoever is available without giving them any training and just ask them to come to work the next day and wing it. Staffs attitude were horrible. They dont even offer to help our give us baskets even when we are holding on to a lot of things and things were falling. Also, the stores fitting room is on the basement. Let’s not talk about how bad the ventilation is there with almost around 40 people crowding at the fitting room. We can barely breathe there and the staffs dont even give a time limit so people can take as long as they want inside. Also the staffs were extremely rude about one thing. Any of you who went to H&M or Zara or any other clothing brand knows that usually if there is a limit of amount of clothing pieces u can try on, the staffs will tell u before u line up right? No. Guess what, they waited while my friend was in line and about to go into the fitting room after waiting for 30 mins then tell her she can only try 10 pieces on and the staffs make us pick which one we choose and take the rest out with her. The worst part is when the staffs gave us back the once she took after my friend tried it on, she gave us the wrong pieces back and when we asked for the ones we have, she couldn’t find it and ask us to go look for it ourselves. While paying at the cashier, the girl didn’t even fold the clothes properly, she just dump everything into the bag. unprofessionalism to the next. It’s giving stuck up brats having to work for the first time by forced cuz they are now facing the real world and need to make allowance on their own! This place dont even deserve a full one star...
Read moreProbably the worst Brandy experience I’ve ever had. First of all, there was a MASSIVE line JUST to enter the store which is insane. The store is tiny and everyone lining up was confused because no staff were guiding us and there was one staff at the door but she was just on her phone standing there doing nothing. When u first enter the store, it was sooo packed, you can barely move. I first went to the top floor and was met with rude staff glaring down at me. I was sweating a lot because they made us line up outside in the hot weather and she was looking me up and down as I fanned myself. Not only was inside of the store hot, since it is packed the warmth of the other people make it disgustingly hot and the ventilation is SO BAD. You can barely breathe and everyone’s sweat will get on you. I was hoping to buy something cute and try on a lot of stuff, but I couldn’t even look at clothes because there were too many people. I could barely move and couldn’t even look at any clothes. All the floors r equally as bad. Especially the basement floor, it is the changing room floor. The whole floor was just a long line of people waiting to try on clothes. Everyone looked overstimulated and since there is no data, you can’t even look at ur phone. The ventilation sucks and the staffs attitude is so bad too. I lined up for AN HOUR, just to try on one top. When I finally got to the start of the line, I was looked up and down by the staff as she said “go to whichever one opens first” so rudely. All the staff were just talking to eachother and didn’t even look like they were working. After I tried on the clothes they snatched it before I could even say if I wanted to keep it. I finally had enough and decided to go upstairs but guess what. I couldn’t even do that because a bunch of girls were talking on the stairs blocking it. When I told them “excuse me” they just silently moved and side eyed me as I went past them. I tried getting out of the hell of a building and couldn’t because everyone was squeezed tightly into the small space. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD, THE INSIDE IS BAD, DONT WASTE UR TIME...
Read moreBe prepared to queue in chaos! To me, it's not worth your time and energy.
I read reviews and watched TikToks before visiting and was surprised about the reoccurring negative comments, I now understand why.
There is no refund, only exchanges or store credits. The line to try-ons was absurdly long.
I bought a beautiful white dress that was stained with foundation. I didn't notice it in the shop and the cashier didn't check neither.
The 3-stories store is absolutely packed. There were some awkward moments in which we couldn't move. We don't even know where the queue to the cashiers start and you still have to keep an eye about the sneaky people trying to jump in line. Unfortunately, the staff won't intervene if this happens.
There should be more restriction about the number of guests within the shop - it might be dangerous. Someone should be assigned to making sure the queue is respected and understood by all. __
Apart from that, the Brandy Melville team puts effort into keeping the display net and clean. No item on the floor and everything was...
