We went to this beautiful shop specializing in furoshiki today, it was honestly one of the best experiences we had with japanese culture during our trip. I had three gifts to wrap and I was greatly helped by the very sweet seller lady, she explained a lot of things, showed us many different designs, and showed us multiple ways to knot the wrapping cloth, it was really artistic and interesting! She also wrapped my gifts beautifully for which I am very thankful. On top of leaving this place with beautiful japanese wrapping cloth, we also left with a great experience that we will remember for a long time. If I could I would have bought everything! This store mainly sells furoshiki, which are nice printed cloth that can be used to wrap bento boxes or as decorations. They make for excellent and reasonably priced gifts (around $15 per cloth).

The staff of this store is very friendly. They offer a small brochure in English for foreigners which complements perfectly any gift you make (essentially, what the hell you use this for).

The quality of the fabric and the designs are beautiful, from plain colors to florals to more quirky ones, like a bat or monkey design.
