Their Vegan Pinsa was the BEST pinsa/pizza I've ever tasted in my life! It was flavorful and light but also filling. We also tried their formaggi pinsa! Extremely delicious! We had a very pleasant experience not only because of the food, but also because of the sincerely kind service of the staff/owners. We never had to request for anything because they made sure we had everything we need and that glasses were never empty. They were extremely friendly! Great food and run by great people, what more could I ask for? I could ask for my U.S student loans to be forgiven but you all know how that'll go. Regardless the piccante is delicious, but I always have trouble choosing between that, fromaggi, or salsiccia. You can't go wrong it's just what you're feeling on that day. If you're feeling risky you can ask one of the fellas there to whip up something creative but I wouldn't give them a hard time because those Capanelli brothers are always putting in that work with such great enthusiasm too. If you're in daikanyama and need something light for lunch pinsa is the way to go. Just go, just eat it, and just enjoy it....

What a treat. I’ve been in the area many times and recently found this place and will be a fan forever. I was looking for pizza and this place popped up, but they serve a pinsa romana, which is a bit different than a traditional pie. The toppings here are unique as well, and the Crudo was tasty but the Mortadella and Pistachio option is a must try. The crust is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
