Boulangerie Noli et Nori — Restaurant in Tokyo

I am so glad that I decided to stop by here for a quick Pastry run, such a gem!

I visited around 8am in the morning, it was not busy but did not have all the breads ready. What I was after were croissant and melon pan, luckily they have both of them ready.

Croissant was absolutely delicious, it was good balance of flaky outside layer and soft and buttery inside layer. They put syrup on top so it was sweet. Not overly buttery so flavor was light.

Melon pan was my favorite! It was still a bit warm, outer cookie layer was so delicious, the bread inside was milky soft bread that melts in your mouth, really enjoyed it!

I stopped by this bakery around 3 PM, so the lukewarm food was mostly on me. Overall, it seems like everything is made fresh daily.

Food: There was a nice variety of baked goods with meat fillings, which made for a satisfying post-lunch snack. However, since the items were lukewarm, I’d recommend visiting earlier in the day, ideally when the doors first open.

Service: The cashier was friendly and patient, making the experience pleasant.

Atmosphere: It’s a small bakery with a limited selection, but there’s still enough variety to find something you’d enjoy.

We happened to be staying at a nearby hotel during our time in Tokyo. What a gem this place is - hands down one of the best croissants I have ever had, and this coming from someone who lived in France. The croissant is insanely flaky with so many layers but incredibly light and not oily. They are constantly baking so they are bringing out warm pastries and bread regularly. The coffee was also fantastic as was the service. We even went 30 minutes out of our way on our return trip through Tokyo to pick up breakfast one more time....
