I had a chocolate cookie pancake. The pancake base was not a soufflé pancake but more of a heavy, rustic type. For me the half size was still a little too much and was unable to finish it all. The ice cream with the chocolate pancake was a great combination though it felt more like a chocolate pancake and vanilla ice cream than a chocolate cookie pancake.
The homemade lemonade (soda) I had was delicious. The lemon was quite strong and was very refreshing.
