秋葉原駅・御徒町駅から絶妙に距離があるからか、平日であれば比較的空いており利用しやすいカフェではありますが、休日は午後を中心に混雑します。秋葉原の中央通り沿いにあるため、休日は電気街でのショッピングの一休憩目的で利用する客が多く、通路も大きな荷物を置いている客も見られ狭苦しく感じますが、1～2人向けの席の構成が多いため、客の回転はそれほど悪くはありません。 一方で、出入り口には段差があり、且つ車椅子やスーツケースがスムーズに出入りできるスロープが設置されていないため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるでしょう。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のカフェ・ベローチェと遜色ありません。

Baristas this morning had smiles which makes a big difference to me as a customer to see that the staff is happy. It made me feel welcome to be there. The place wasn’t overly busy so I was actually able to feel relaxed while having my iced coffee and peanut butter sandwich.

I would say its their local fast food place to get a quick meal and a coffee. Their coffee and the sandwich are standard. But do try out their coffee jelly. Its.... coffee jelly with a scoop of soft serve vanilla ice cream. Very delicious and nice to have a dessert to Sate your...
