This is such a great place! I got a craving for a good burger sense a couple weeks in Japan I am now practically 95% green tea and 5% rice. I typed in burger into Google maps and this place came up. I walked out of my way to go here because the ratings were good online, but I wish they had more photos of the foods and their menu. So I added them. Anyways! Anybody who’s rating a burger poorly isn’t Getinge just a regular cheeseburger. You can’t get none of those special burgers with extra things because it takes away from the extra taste. I got the super cheeseburger which just meant extra cheese and I still got a standard lettuce, onion, tomatoes, patty, and bread with a side of fries. The taste of the overall burger with their sauce was absolutely incredible and met every craving that I was looking for. If you’re craving for a a good burger, other than McDonald’s or Mos I 100% recommend this place. They are so friendly too!! Oh and try the custom craft cola! Like was great!

Without question the best burger I’ve had in Japan after multiple restaurant samples. I had a double cheese burger with bacon and avocado. The bread was fresh, perfectly toasted and the right level of crisp (not mushy, not hard). The patties were perfect, handmade and (finally!) well spiced (some would say slightly too much pepper, but I personally enjoy that). The vegetables were fresh, the lettuce crunchy and the cheese a delicious taste and great consistency. The staff is super friendly and very service minded (as an example, this time around visiting the country, actually the first restaurant in Japan where I see multiple water refills timed with the glass being emptied). The place is cozy though maybe a bit worn in the edges. But it adds to the atmosphere! Just like that, I find my favourite burger spot in Tokyo (and Japan!). Keep it up, I’ll visit again 😊

There is English under Japanese. 東京メトロ銀座線・末広町と上野広小路にある、こちらのCRANE☆ 御徒町の方で飲んでいて、本日は〆にハンバーガーを食べに行こうとなり、こちらのお店に突撃してきました‼️ 住宅街というかオフィス街に、CRANEはポツンと佇んでおります(ﾟ∀ﾟ) 路面にオシャレでいて、美容室チックな外観が現れたらそちらでございます(・∀・) 店内入ると、壁はピンクを基調とした女性が好きそうなオシャンな感じです✨ 木目調のテーブルも、これまたオシャンでしたね(*^o^*) 席に着き、まずはバドワイザー(¥583)で乾杯しました♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ なぜバドワイザーを選んだか… ハンバーガーがアメリカンな感じだからです(*≧∀≦*) そう！イメージで✨ ハンバーガーは、スーパーチーズバーガー(¥2,035)を選択しました(o^^o) チーズバーガーの上にスーパーと付いていたので、気になりました‼️ なんせメニューの1番上にありましたからね(°▽°) スーパーチーズバーガーが運ばれてくると、スライムみたいなチーズの上にバンズが乗っている状態で、チーズが大洪水です（＾∇＾）その横にはフライドポテトが乗っているので、テーブルにあるケチャップとマスタードを付けて食べて行きます☆ いざ、スーパーチーズバーガーを食べて行きます‼️ まずは上のバンズを食べて、次はスライムに見えるチーズを食べます♪ 美味しい(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) これはかなりいいです☆ パテとチーズの融合、チーズが乗りまくっていて最高でしたね(o^^o) 最後に残ったバンズを食べますが、いい感じにチーズが浸透しているパンでした☆ スーパーチーズバーガー、かなり美味しかったですね♪ ってなわけで、 BURGER&MILKSHAKE CRANE、大変満足で美味しかったです‼️ ご馳走さまでした(*´꒳`*) This CRANE is located in Suehirocho and Ueno Hirokoji on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. I was drinking in Okachimachi and wanted to finish off my day with a hamburger, so I stumbled upon this restaurant! ️ CRANE is standing alone in a residential area or rather an office area (ﾟ∀ﾟ) If you look stylish on the road and have a beauty salon look, that's it (・∀・) When you enter the store, the walls are pink, giving it a fashionable feel that women would love. The wood-grained table was also stylish (*^o^*) We sat down and toasted with Budweiser (¥583) ♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ Why did you choose Budweiser? Because the hamburger has an American feel (*≧∀≦*) yes! With an image✨ For the hamburger, I chose the Super Cheeseburger (¥2,035) (o^^o) She had super on her cheeseburger, so I was curious! ️ After all, it was at the top of the menu (°▽°) When the super cheeseburger was delivered, the bun was on top of the slime-like cheese, and there was a deluge of cheese (＾∇＾) There are fries on the side, so I eat them with ketchup and mustard on the table ☆ Now, let's go eat the super cheeseburger!! ️ First, eat the top bun, then eat the cheese that looks like slime♪ Delicious(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) This is pretty good☆ The fusion of pate and cheese was amazing with so much cheese on it (o^^o) I ate the last remaining bun, and it was a bread that had a nice amount of cheese in it ☆ Super cheeseburger was quite delicious♪ So, BURGER & MILKSHAKE CRANE was very satisfying and delicious!! ️ Thank you for the meal (*´꒳`*)

Been living in Japan for a few years now and this is my husband and I's favorite burger AND shake! I just wish we lived closer! Burgers are well seasoned (it is quite peppery if that's not your thing) but the meat flavor still comes through and it's a great texture. We're not really fans of burgers where the patty consistency is more like a chopped steak which seems to be very common in Japan, this is much more a classic burger patty.

Shakes are amazing, cranberry is our favorite with the tart/tangy flavor! Chili fries are delicious, especially when you ask for cheese on top!

Staff is super friendly and accommodating to requests, they remembered us our second time coming in even though it had been over 6 months. Very sweet!
