Cute little cafe with delicious drinks. The decor is very unique and a little dated as it apparently used to be a puppet theater, so it has a lot of hanging puppets and news articles with the history of the place.
Have to love how hard this one-woman business is run. The lady was handling taking orders, payments, and making drinks all at the same time, and she had a large line if people to serve. Despite that she was able to make all of our drinks so well, and with a high degree of detail. I highly recommend the honey macchiato which was delicious.

We took an iced chai and a coffee cortado. Both were smooth, quick and delicious. I actually took another cortado cause it was good!
We also took two cookies and a banana bread and all of that was less than 2000 yen.
The bartender is nice, professional and speaks English well.
You can sit inside, or outside under the parasol.
The place is decorated in puppet-theater stuff, as it still functions as one.
The building itself was built in the 1970s and has a short history of etched on the facade of it, it really has a lot of character.

Read moreWe got here at 8:06 am and this place was closed. We waited for 7 mins and as we were getting ready to leave, the owner lady came running! She was so sweet to rush and open. In the 5 mins she was opening up, another 6 ppl came! I appreciate her efforts to rush for us and after leaving to get cash and waiting for our coffee, now, at 8:50 am, I am updating my review. The coffee was quite good. I’m thoroughly impressed and it was actually well worth the wait. The shop is extremely tiny but cozy and cute.
