I visited this restaurant because of one of my favorite YouTuber. Before visiting I was so excited and looked forward to having a great dinner here, unfortunately food here were so average. 今回はプリフィックスコースだったので 黒板から「entrée」×2品、「plate」×1品選ぶ式 ※追加注文も可能

ぱんはおかわり自由で 明太子バターパンもある

今回は ◼️短角牛のトリッパとニョッキ ◼️豚のコラーゲンテリーヌのカリカリ焼き ◼️短角牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮込み (白インゲン豆と野菜の煮込み、じゃがいものグラタン、茹で野菜　添え) (ドリンク) ◼️イブロワイヤル　1250 (はちみつ、カシス、シードル) ◼️プラムアイスティ　1800/500ml で注文！

最初にドリンク来て、

そこから1カットが大きいパン！ モッチモチの外側パリっと軽い 大きいのに重量は思うよりは軽め(大きいよ？)

「春よ恋」でつくった白ぱん (明らかに見た目は黒い　笑)

一緒についてきたシャンティが美味しすぎた 塩の効いたオリーブオイルの入ったシャンティ パンが進んでしまう（笑）

そこからトリッパは 少し臓器の香りが残るワイルド系な料理 ニョッキは大きめで、むっぎゅり弾力 チーズはそこまで感じなかったかな

羽付きの焼き方で豚のコラーゲンテリーヌ なかなかにコラーゲン！ 肉塊よりコラーゲン率 肌艶良くなるといいな（笑） 上の唐辛子ぽいのは唐辛子でした ※ピクルスかと思って単体で食べたら後悔（笑）

短角牛の頬肉はさすがほろとろ 美味しいのひと言。 クリーム煮込みなじゃがいもも コーンが目立つ野菜の煮込みも (インゲン豆いたかな？？) おいしかったけど、 個人的にはブロッコリーがおいしかった

あれは何のドレッシングですか？ おいしかったなーー

デザートでついてきた アフタヌーンティセットは ✔︎ピスタチオクリームのブッセ むっちり生地 ✔︎アメリカンチェリー ✔︎バタークッキー ✔︎いちごのポルボローネ いちごが効いてる ✔︎抹茶サブレ ✔︎チーズクッキー(かな？) コーヒーor紅茶付き

追加したー明太子バターパンも、 もちろんおいしかった… じゅわじゅわなんよ…
