Great oyster bar with a good variety of additional food options. We were looking for a last minute dinner option and found this by pure luck. We booked at 8pm for a 9pm table. We reached the place at 8:30pm and they sat us straight away. We don’t speak Japanese and the staff was super patient with us. They explained the menu, checked our dietary requirements and even changed our drinks order after we found a wine we liked more to the one we ordered. Awesome flexibility (not easy to find in Japan) and service. The food was divine. The oysters types are weary well explained. The focaccia is great and the ink risotto was a bit runny but extremely tasty. Great variety of baked oysters if you are not a fan of the raw ones. The desserts were spectacular as well. We highly recommend the chestnuts cream brûlée. Reasonably priced. Highly...
Read moreAmazing oyster bar with a great atmosphere. We had both raw oysters and oysters with smoked salmon, fish eggs, and dill on top. They were some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. We also ordered the pasta, salad, and shrimp ajillo with focaccia, which was amazing. The owner bakes fresh focaccia everyday which was so good.
We had a great view of the street as we sat by the windows, the vibe of the entire restaurant was great.
The staff and owner are very nice, personable and helpful. They speak English well. We had dietary concerns which were catered to right away.
To the FISH HOUSE OSTER BAR staff: thank you so much! We will...

This place was amazing. Before eating here, I never really liked seafood overall, and the thought of oysters made me want to run away(okay not that dramatic but still). However, I went to this place with my friend and ohhh myyy goodness did I not only overcome my distaste for oysters but also liked it so much. There are so many arrangements and tweaks to the oyster menu, and we ate bolognese, penne with summer veggies, gratin oyster, and pesto cheese oyster. Just when we were about to leave, the lovely owner and the master chef asked us how our meal us, and even treated us with gateau au chocolat. It at biscuit crumbles and ice cream that went so well with the warm cake. They also shared us their story of how they got here and what kind of background they have. You can just tell from the way the speak and. how they speak about oysters that they just LOVE oysters, it was really sweet. We had no complaints whatsoever!! I recommend this place, 12/10, great price,...
