I came here at 6:45 pm Tuesday night. There was NO customer inside to take an order from other than myself. The restaurant only had two tables occupied (both tables had one person eating). I ordered the chicken burger. I asked for NO MAYONNAISE, which she repeated before me so that there was no misunderstanding. When I received my sandwich bag to go, I came home and opened it. I was shocked to see mayonnaise in my sandwich and a very soggy lettuce. The lettuce did not look like what was in their advertisement picture. It looked as if it was boiled, like what a boiled spinach would look like. How could she quickly forget the request I made when I was the only customer ordering food. I threw out the bun because it was soggy wet with mayonnaise. I threw out the lettuce as it was soggy wet. The chicken had THICK flour batter, which I removed. The chicken was oil soggy too. Needless to say, I did not eat the sandwich and threw the rest in the garbage. I do not recommend this place unless you are into an oil soggy thick batter boiled lettuce sandwich and a cashier who will not deliver what you ordered.

The burgers are very fresh including the delightfully toasted buns and thick slices of fresh garden tomatoes. The beef patties could have had been better seasoned but otherwise it was a nice brunch which we all enjoyed. The staff are amiable, cheerful and helpful… remember that they are not expected to fully understand all foreign languages… tourists are guests to the country they visit… so I appreciate that they try their best with the English menus. We enjoyed our visit and will never hesitate to drop by if in the vicinity. The cafe also has a charming ambiance.

Always great burgers at freshness burgers, great place to grab a really good burger and so many locations around Japan. I tried the chicken sandwich at this one and it was very good too, just like the burgers it was fresh and delicious! I walked to this one from my hotel I didn’t see parking nearby but I’m sure there was a pay parking close. If you are in the area a cool place to grab a bite to eat delicious burgers here!

Always great burgers at freshness burgers, great place to grab a really good burger and so many locations around Japan. I tried the chicken sandwich at this one and it was very good too, just like the burgers it was fresh and delicious! I walked to this one from my hotel I didn’t see parking nearby but I’m sure there was a pay parking close. If you are in the area a cool place to grab a bite to eat delicious burgers here!

I was hesitant to come here because the reviews were iffy but decided to give it a try anyway.

The bad reviews are with merit.

I ordered a chicken burger and asked to have no mayo. The person taking the order acknowledged this request. However, when I got my burger it had mayo!

The chicken patty was also very thin and mostly breading. It was oily too and had skin on it. The lettuce was extremely wilted too as if it was left out for days.

I didn't even bother finishing the burger and threw it out. It was inedible to me.

I don't recommend...
