FLOWER TERRACE 東新宿 FLOWER TERRACE HIGASHI SHINJUKU — Hotel in Tokyo

Excellent location just 1 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, 1 minute from the supermarket and right above a convenience store. You can walk to downtown Shinjuku in 12 minutes and it's off a main road where there are lots of buses (we took one to go to Shibuya). The check-in and check-out are done on an iPad in the entrance, and they give you the entry codes for the building and for your apartment. It was quick and easy.||The apartment was great, it was exceptionally clean with plenty of toiletries, toilet rolls, detergent for the washing machine, coffee sachets and slippers. Lots of household items included for your convenience, like a huge lint roller, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, clothes hangers, drying rack for small items. The washing machine was great, and I loved the heater/fan in the bathroom where you can set it to 'dry' mode and it will dry your wet clothes in a few hours. There's a kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric stove and cutlery and utensils for cooking. I loved that there were 3 sinks (in the toilet, next to the shower room and in the kitchen) so it meant no one had to wait to brush their teeth.||There are many detailed instructions (with photos) showing you how to open the sofa beds, use the electronics, how to sort/dump the rubbish, and even recommendations for local shops and restaurants. They also include how to get to and from the airports and how to call a taxi (although I could not get the Taxi Go app to work without a Japanese phone number). The staff are also available via email and they contacted me about carrying out a mid-week room clean as I was staying 6 nights (shorter stays don't include cleaning).||I really enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to recommend it. Amazing room with all the amenities you will need...with great English translation on how to use everything. Experience how the locals live in this apartment/hotel (this is more like an Air BnB). The employees were phenomenal. They greeted us 15 minutes before check in and allowed us to check in early. Email correspondence from the time of booking to check out was phenomenal. Outstanding location. 7 minutes walk to the heart of Kabuki-cho and Golden Gai. 4 minutes walk to the Higashi-Shinjuku train station. Right next to a Family Mart convenience store. The beds were comfortable, especially for Japanese standards. The sofa bed was great for my daughter. The sleeping area and kitchen are in the same room, but the shower and toilet are in 2 separate rooms (very convenient when getting ready in the morning). Washer machine available, and a very interesting drying system in the bathroom. There are instructions on how to operate each system throughout the room. Please read them. Everything is explained with details (like how to unfold the sofa bed...we've never seen a system like that. And why we don't have those in the US?). Great room, at a good location, at a great price. We will definitely stay here next time we...

I stayed 3 night in this hotel with my wife,it was great experience.The space of the room is big regarding other hotels in tokyo,early check-in,cleaning of the room,the location of the hotel is in great area in shinjuku,calm classy area ,there is supermarket directly beneath the hotel ,great coffee place in the street corner,very safe calm street close to metro station about 6 minutes walk. Kettle,iron,tooth brush everything is available. Great balcony so for smoker it's a good option also . They put extra towers,extra blankets,there's extra from everything so really you don't need room service as it's automated hotel. Internet connection was good. It's automated Hotel but you can't find anyone in the hotel but if you send them message in booking or agoda they will answer you in few minutes.
