I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps this place because I was blown away with the value for money of the hotel, but the restaurant was atrocious. Some areas I think this place can improve are: Timing. They kept us waiting for over 30 minutes for a lunch plate. Possibly they can serve some salad, soup, or bread if the dish takes time. Staff training. Our first server picked up garbage from the floor and distributed mask cases with the same hand. Another server misinformed us about our selection, which was corrected by a different staff. Consideration. I ordered carbonated water, and they threw away the lid. Anything carbonated needs a lid! Value for money. Quality of the food is at best okay. Given the three points above, the over 2,000 yen lunch plate is not justified at all.
