Firstly, I ate breakfast here for almost a week. The staff were excellent, very friendly and approachable. Food was great. Minor changes daily. Would give it 4 stars based on this.

This review is largely impacted by the very negative experience I had when visiting at night. Different staff on. Dropping the reviews down by 2-3 stars. Giving them 2 stars only because breakfast and service in mornings was great.

A voucher was provided in the connecting hotel (who say that they have nothing to do with the restaurant, 2 separate companies). They merely put drink vouchers from the restaurant in the rooms.

The voucher stated I was allowed to redeem a drink under ¥1000. So I did. The pina colada would have to be the saddest looking cocktail ever. See pic. It didn't really taste like one either. Missing pineapple, taste wise, physically, alcohol was barely detectable. Was not worth the visit after the waste of time that happened afterwards.

When I provided the drink voucher pictured. I was told there were additional conditions added to voucher that I had not fulfilled. These were not on the voucher so I was very confused with them changing the voucher with words. In my country, and business law it would not stand. If it's not written, you can't add terms and conditions on top of it without informing customers. It's just ethically wrong.

Anyhow. I was advised I could not redeem the free drink because I had not purchased food. I had already eaten beforehand and was fairly full. I did not have an appetite for changing terms and conditions.

So they spent a long time trying to tell me the same thing. It wasted a lot of time, I was tired, hot and bothered with the treatment I was getting as a fully paid hotel guest being forced to buy food that I would not eat or paying for a drink that I was supposed to be given complementarily. It's not unusual to be given a drink or bottle of wine/champagne at a hotel stay. So I don't know why they are receiving hotel customers with vouchers which do not have their full intent and conditions outlined.

After returning, the staff member finally decided to call their manager. Which I had asked him to do at the beginning. After more broken English talk, the manager finally can around to honouring their voucher. I had offered to pay by that stage as I was over the experience and wanted to get to the hotel and go to bed.

I expressed this to the hotel manager and restaurant manager who was on. The hotel was in a sticky situation, in between. But I did say that his customers are being given false vouchers and he should re-consider putting these vouchers in the rooms if they are incorrect.

Gazeebo Tokyo, I have explained this to you verbally and through your staff. Please correct your vouchers before distributing them. They are misleading customers and it is not ethical business. Leaves a bad impression for visitors that Japan has bad business practice. And wastes a...

Food: Presentation was nice. We had the tapas sampler with 8 varieties & Indian Yoghurt Appetizer. Unfortunately many of the dishes were lacking seasoning which could have been easily fixed in the kitchen if someone was tasting the food.

Drinks: Good wine selection with fair pricing- we really enjoyed the bottle of white wine. Margheritas tastes good too even though the amount was tiny.

Service: No big complaints here- since this place is new I am sure they are still working out some kinks. Staff was friendly & attentive but definitely could use some more training.

Ambiente: Really nice atmosphere and convenient location about 2 min from the station, Could definitely imagine having a large party here.

Overall: If they improve certain points this place has a lot of potential, but at the moment it is average and will have trouble with the strong competition in this...

Presentation- When the food arrived it made me exited, hungry, and like royalty in each dish

Taste- Yummy,flavorful,mouth-watering and “WOW”.

Texture- Each and every dish was just finger licking good.and glad we ordered some Nepali dumplings too. (MOMO)and best off all was dahi puri and how can I forget the pancake which was so soft, when you take a piece of pan cake in your mouth it melts like cotton candy.

Atmosphere- Cozy vibe with friendly staffs. Can enjoy the meal both indoor and outdoor with comfortable seats. Different vibe comparing other restaurant...
