韓国料理食べ放題 ムハンポチャ 新大久保駅前 — Restaurant in Tokyo

We went there, because our apartment was right around the corner. We arrived at 10:30 in the evening even tho Google states opening times untill 11:30. The staff member said the opening times on Google are wrong and we got sent off due to the restaurant closing.(The opening times are still not updated btw)...

The next day we came back: The staff member did not even greet us and handed us the menu. I ordered beef, which was chewy and had no taste at all. We never had KBBQ before but also got no introduction to it... We got our food delivered and the plate was turned on without any comment, which was fine. The wings we additionaly ordered were very crunchy but also very oily and lacked taste... While cooking my beef the staff member responsible for us forgot to drag down the ventilation for the bbq. Another employee noticed and again, without a single word, dragged it down and left again. After a while the first staff member constantly adjusted the strength of the plate, which I appreciate but when all those things happen without a comment, it gives me as a customer a very weird vibe. After that the went back to unboxing random packages.

We paid and left out of unsatisfaction... Would not visit again and can not recommend. There's better places in tokio.

Except our "konnichiwa" and the "arrigato" after payment, no...

I lived in Korea for a year and was very disappointed of both the bibimbap and the samgyetang. I was expecting much better for a restaurant in Shin Okubo, the Korean area. Plus, the restaurant hosted a gathering, and it was so loud that I couldn’t talk with the person right next to me, ended up leaving fast. The restaurant should be privatized in that scenario, as it highly ruined the experience of other customers, that have nothing to do with 30 people gathering screaming and drinking...

The atmosphere is really cool,those who really like kpop will like the playlist. The food is delicious and unforgettable.About the service I don't have much to say,it was the first time I went there and I found the staff to be very reserved and serious, I don't know if they were worried about something that day, but they didn't treat me badly. And yes, I will come...
