The manager quickly recognized that we were Westerners and, without us even needing to ask, identified and sent an English-speaking member of staff to our table. This small, thoughtful gesture instantly boosted our comfort and showed incredible attention to guest experience. Our server, Kota, was an absolute gem. He was so kind and instrumental in guiding us through the menu to ensure we had a genuine Japanese experience. Amazing Shabu Shabu with Fish Broth – A Must-Try!

I had an incredible dining experience at Gotojin Hamamatsucho (五島人 浜松町店)! The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu in detail, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

This was my first time trying shabu shabu with fish broth, and it was absolutely delicious. The beef cooked in the broth had such a rich and unique flavor, and the vegetables were fresh and perfectly paired. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had!

The umazura hagi sashimi was also a highlight—it was so fresh that they even showed us the fish before preparing it. As a special treat, they served us miso soup with fish, and it was fantastic! The soup itself was rich and comforting, and the fish meat inside was so flavorful.

Excellent location, food, and services. First time, we came here after visiting the Tokyo Tower. The restaurant was on our way to the subway. Since the food and services were so good, we came here again in the same week. The pork shabu shabu (Hot Pot) and the assorted sashimi platter were high recommended.
