Just ok. Not amazing. Not bad. Very confused about not being allowed to change the drink to frozen lemonade for an extra 200 yen (as stated on the menu)... They had a simplified menu on display which didn't mention the lemonade whereas the main menu on the counter does... Even though they are EXACTLY the same - prices and products - you're not allowed the lemonade upgrade... It still confuses me. Seems to be if you order burrito, nachos or tacos then you CAN'T upgrade the lemonade. Which is basically 80% of the menu! Only if you get enchiladas are you seemingly allowed to upgrade the lemonade... I think! It's very confusing. Not clear. Very annoying. Not sure if the server was a little simple or it was me being dumb, but that really was annoying. Server also kept confusing and messing up the order (we were ordering in Japanese so that wasn't the issue before anyone judges about language issues). Pretty good food but gosh the last time I went will be the last time I got to this location. The Sunday staff when I went were painfully rude and annoying. I ordered ahead of a good seven people and when I tried to get the attention of the staff on why my order was taking a while they purposefully ignored me, then after finally acknowledging me did they actually start putting me order together by the time the other people that ordered after me were already halfway done with their food. The worst part of all was no apology after being neglected and even then they gave me a sour face for no reason. To the manager: learn how to respect customers and have higher standards for your staff. To the staff that Sunday: respect customers and treat them fairly, nothing wrong with making mistakes but if you’re gonna ignore and give a sour attitude then quit and find another job where you don’t have to deal with customers. Normally don't post bad reviews but we were treated unfairly. The store closes at 7 PM, but there was a sign out front that said last order 6:00, door closes at 6:30. We came at 5:58, saw another couple walk in so we thought we could too. Guy comes from behind the counter and tells us to get out, they were no longer taking orders.

I completely understand we are visiting Japan and had our kids with us, so I understand if they don't want to serve foreigners or don't want to deal with kids. However, the couple that walked in at the same time was foreign and we would have had one of us stay with our kids outside as we wanted to order it To-Go. It is their right to serve us or not, they just need to be fair and clear about it.
