This was easily the best ramen I had in my two weeks in Japan. Not only was the ordering experience very easy even with my very little Japanese, but the staff were very professional and efficient. Our food came out fast and was super flavorful and even better it came with two free noodle refills! The broth is nice and rich with a lot of flavor and the noodles have a good strong flavor and are just toothsome enough at the default firmness. I only wish we had tried this place sooner so I could have gone over and over. The establishment is small by american standards but quite spacious as Japanese ramen shops tend to go and was comfortable, however do not try to go in with a group larger than two people or expect to sit separate, (worth it for the awesome food.) We discovered this spot through a Japanese influencer, and it did not disappoint! In fact, we’re glad we decided to try the recommendation. The place has a very local vibe.
