North Village — Restaurant in Tokyo

Nice chill spot with a good selection of shisha flavors. Friendly English speaking staff, at least when we visited. They have a modest drink selection, didn’t see any food on the menu but they might have food? Not sure. Overall a nice spot to relax for a bit and have a smoke and a few drinks. I saw someone else reviewed the place saying it was expensive but I think it was quite reasonable. We spent a good amount of time there, had some shisha and a few drinks each and it was 5100 yen, really not...

Shisha's pretty good. Nice enough atmosphere, not my favourite shisha place but an interesting variety of shishas, the cheaper, normal shishas are not in the menu and youll just have to ask out right what you want and hope they have it. Their smoothie cocktail shishas are an interesting idea but cost a b*mb and really arent worth the excess.

Some staff are very kind and professional, especially in the shops deeper into shibuya but there are a few childish and nasty ones in the one...

We went three times, one time was good and the girl working there was friendly and helpful. The two times we went there, the man working there was rude and tried to talk a lot in Japanese language , even though he know we were foreigners and our Japanese language is not good. The last time we went there was the worst. It was freezing cold in the place. They were mean to us even if I moved the shisha a little, and told me not to touch it or move it even an inch. When I entered , I was told that the time was unlimited. They made me leave after an hour and a half and didn't want to serve me. The bill was At least 2,000 yen more expensive. With 2 shisha and 3 cocktails (18002 + 9003 = 5500 yen max, he was saying to me your bill is 8800 yen) When I asked him what he said shisha is 2500 yen and cocktails are 900 yen, so total should be 7700 not 8800 …. Then I knew he was playing on price. I paid and left, but this is such a shameful and bad image in a good country that I respect!
