I’ve visited this place twice before and always enjoyed the ramen — the soup base was good and served at the right temperature. However, today’s visit was a huge disappointment. The ramen soup was scalding hot!!! far too hot to eat. I had asked for firm noodles, but then had to wait over 15 minutes for the ramen to cool down enough to enjoy. I mentioned the issue immediately when my order arrived, but the staff simply laughed instead of offering to remake it or provide a solution. There was no manager on site, and the service lacked professionalism.

If you’re a ramen lover, be aware that the quality here is inconsistent. The owner or manager should ensure that staff are trained to prepare ramen properly and to handle guest concerns...

Best ramen ever. Very easy to order as there is an English option. You can pay with credit card (Visa). After you pay, give them the ticket that is printed out and then they will ask you how you want your ramen and they will point to a small sign near where you sit (hard or soft noodles, strong or mild flavor, chicken oil amount). The price is also great for what you get. They have limited options for drinks (coke or alcohol), but there is a pitcher of water available where you sit, but be sure to hold on the lid as you pour or that thing is going to fly off and you are going to end up with a mess. Anyway, there is plenty of space to sit so I don't think you will have to end up in a...

Ate a few times at this place last year - Max Ramen Noodle Bowl was extremely tasty and a nice, big portion. Looking forward to going back!

Edit in 2025:

Sadly, it seems like they moved location to the other side of the road, and also reduced the menu options. No more chips, no more orange juice and no more chicken karaage. I was super excited to return for my third holiday running and ended up being quite disappointed. Doubt we'll go back during future holidays and will have to find somewhere else.

If you're looking for just ramen, it's fine, but it's not the same as it was in...

While originally walking to a different Ramen restaurant we found on Google maps, we strolled past this restaurant and noticed the abundance of happy customers inside, clean colorful atmosphere, and the delicious smells. This was enough to convince us to change plans and eat here instead. There were ordering kiosks by the door with different languages (including English) with many pictures, which made ordering very easy for visitors like us. The price was right, the service was extremely quick, and the food was flavorful. Highly recommend, especially if you are visiting the nearby area!
