To summarize, nice dessert presentation nice choice japanese tea but staff was rude ! I went to this cafe around 9:30 pm as it was the only cafe opened until late (23:00) but founded our that last order was 10pm.
I went with my girl friends and we all 3 ordered dessert set (¥1500 approximately wirh one dessert and one japanese tea 🍵). The taste was good, not exception for the price (too much cream for my taste) but it “looked” good.
The view by the window is nice view of Shibuya. The center bar has nice table decoration. The bar chairs are a little low heigh to relax as you cannot use much of the back. But it was worth trying once as an experience.
The tea was overpriced for what it was but the location was nice. You so pay for “Tokyu” Brand. The bathrooms are outside.
As for the service, I was very disappointed as even though japanese tea 🍵 has the relaxing effet, at 10:15 already the staff arrived to ask us for the bill 45 min before the closing in a very rude way. So we didn’t managed to enjoy our time as relaxing as the place would inspire. Disappointing.

Read moreABSOLUTELY horrific customer service experience. You are either bullied into buying a set of drinks and desserts for each and every person or not wished as a customer. Once we pointed out, that we weren’t informed about this, the server told us that if we won’t order something for each person, there will be a “table charge” of 850 yen. She pointed at the menu while saying so and pointed at the apple juice, which means she straight up lied about it (we looked for this clause in the menu and it was nowhere to be found). We were asked to leave after refusing the order which is they tried to force upon us. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere, these people do not deserve a dime.
