Looking for a late night bite the crab well stop here they deliver an exceptional dining experience, and their crab ramen is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment the bowl is placed in front of you, the aroma of the rich, crab-infused broth tantalizes your senses. The broth is the highlight—deep, savory, and perfectly balanced, showcasing the natural sweetness of the crab. It's clear that a lot of care and time goes into its preparation, resulting in a flavor profile that's both complex and incredibly satisfying. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness. Generous portions of succulent crab meat are nestled in the broth, adding a luxurious touch that makes every bite a delight. The combination of textures and flavors is simply outstanding. Complementing the crab and noodles are fresh vegetables and a perfectly cooked egg, each component enhancing the overall dish without overshadowing the star ingredient. The presentation is beautiful, making the dining experience as visually pleasing as it is delicious. kani Ramen Hinata has truly perfected their crab ramen. For anyone who loves seafood and high-quality ramen, this dish is a must-try. The dedication to quality and flavor makes it a standout, deserving every bit of a five-star rating. Highly recommended for an unforgettable...

This place is definitely worth it if you like crab and seafood based ramen. The flavor of the broth is unlike your usual ramen broth as it is crab based. It is not at all fishy but sweet and light. We got both the normal crab ramen and double crab ramen. Both came with good amount of crab and noodle. One person in our party got the shio ramen and that was also very tasty. For appetizer we did order the uni crab miso squid. The squid was tender and not chewy. The uni crab miso was sooo good, I’m still craving it now. We wanted to try the tonkatsu bowl as it looked incredible and we’ve been told it is very good but we were too full to try. Next time! It is cash only. Open from 9:30 PM till 5:30AM, closed Sunday and Monday. The shop is incredibly small. Only a few bar seats and a tiny table that barely fit 5 tucked in the back so come closer opening if you don’t want to wait. There is only one person running the whole shop, he’s the chef + server + cashier all in once so please be patient. He was very nice, the food was great, good vibe despite the cramp size....

Great first meal in Tokyo. Arrived a little before 9 and were seated right away. We sat right next to the door and directly in front of where the majic happens.

My friend and I both ordered the crab ramen. I debated on the double of crab but didn’t think it was necessary.

The broth was flavorful and the added egg that cooked in was a nice addition. The piping hot ramen was everything I dreamt of while planning this trip. There was a nice mix of locals and tourists.

There is only one chef working but he is fast and efficient.

Highly recommend.

Pro Tip: To avoid long lines make this your stop before going out as a base instead of...
